Skip 13 sets of shells (these 13 sets will be my 1st sleeve) and starting
from the 14th shell work [2dc-ch2-2dc, ch 2], then [2dc-ch2-2dc in

If you also like to follow graphs, this is the one I used, with the only difference is that I started row 1 with single crochet rather than double crochet that the graph shows.. it sits better on the collar bone this way.
